Tuna Franks
Winner of the Best Tuna Recipe Contest----Off Broadway, New York City
Ingredients:
1 Large can Tuna Fish drained
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup black olives
½ cup chopped hard boiled eggs
½ cup chopped sweet pickles
1 cup grated American cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package of hot dog buns
Tin foil to wrap each bun
Method:
Mix first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl adding more mayonnaise if necessary. Fill hot dog buns with mixture. Wrap buns individually and rather loosely in tin foil and bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted inside buns.
