- 1 12 ounce container Capellino Marinara Sauce, defrosted
- 1 1/2 pounds small zucchini, cut in 1/8 inch slices
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in a large skillet; add the zucchini and saute for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. In a mixing bowl, place the zucchini, Marinara Sauce and the Parmesan cheese. Stir together and pour into an oiled 9x9 baking dish. Bake, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes.
Variations: Capellino Tomato Garlic Sauce or Capellino Tomato Cremini Sauce can be used. All Sauces are LOW FAT and No Trans Fats.
