Warm Planet Bikes, which offers free bike storage, will now open at 6:45 a.m. to accomodate early riders.

Peak commute trains have reached capacity, Caltrain officials said.
The average weekday ridership in May was nearly 42,000. That is the highest number of riders recorded by Caltrain and 12 percent higher than May of 2007.
