The tractor-trailer overturned around 9 a.m. on the ramp between southbound Interstate Highway 880 and southbound U.S. Highway 101, Officer A. Paulson said. There are no injuries reported, but the onramp is completely blocked by the big rig.
A Sig-alert was issued at 9:12 a.m. and the roadway is not expected to reopen until 11 a.m., Paulson said.
