Grace Episcopal Cathedral on California Street may have 13th century French-Gothic architecture, but its power plant will soon be the very latest in clean technology.
PG&E officials joined city leaders on the steps of the cathedral Wednesday to unveil the plans.
Solar panels will provide clean, renewable energy for the church as well as help PG&E meet its long term committment to providing at least 20 percent renewable energy to customers.
