Homes evacuated in OC bomb probe
SANTA ANA, CA Orange County sheriff's Lt. Kurt Vasentine says deputies
received a call from the man, who has been detained at the scene.
His name is being withheld.
Vasentine says he did not know how many people are being
evacuated.
