Democratic sources say the Nobel Prize winner will give his remarks prior to Senator Barack Obama on Thursday night at Denver's 70,000-seat Invesco Field.
Obama's campaign has already confirmed that Senator Hillary Clinton will speak next Tuesday.
Former President Bill Clinton and Obama's vice presidential pick will speak next Wednesday.
