Former HP CEO and senior McCain advisor /*Carly Fiorina*/ was part of a group of prominent Republican women who Wednesday held a press conference to defend Palin.
Fiorina compared the intense scrutiny of Palin to what she said were sexist comments made about Hillary Clinton during the primaries.
"As women, I think all of us are sensitized and outraged when we see sexist treatment," Fiorina said. "I don't think American women are going to stand for it this time either."
Former EBay president and CEO and national co-chair of the McCain campaign /*Meg Whitman*/ however, Wednesday said the media coverage of Palin has been "completely fair" and not sexist.
