Just before 2 p.m., police responded to Watsonville Community Hospital after receiving reports of a stabbing victim in the emergency room.
The teen was treated by medical personnel for a wound to his abdomen and was later airlifted to a trauma center for further treatment.
The victim was uncooperative and refused to give police any information about his attacker or where the stabbing occurred, police said.
