Accessories can make or break an outfit, but they can be expensive. Learn how to make them yourself and look like a million bucks at a fraction of the cost. Louise Roper of Britex Fabrics shows us how.

Supplies needed:
-- Plastic headband
-- Ribbon - any type of ribbon, 3/4 of a yard ( I find a bias ribbon is a bit nicer to work with)
-- Glue - 'Fabric Tac'
-- Feathers - peacock, pheasant, guinea hen

Bakelite Brooches:
Supplies needed:
-- Vintage bakelite buttons
-- Bakelite belt buckle
-- Glue -E-6000
-- Pin Back

Supplies needed:
-- Belt buckle
-- Ribbons - average size is 1 and 1/4 yards, and can be any kind that fits the width of the buckle (we really like -- grosgrain and French brocades)
-- Fusing - iron on glue tape.
-- Needle and thread
