The warrant was executed at about 7 a.m. at a home in the 1900 block of Buckingham Drive, according to police.
Detectives found drug paraphernalia, hypodermic needles, a digital scale and cocaine inside the house, police said.
Brian Dysart, a 52-year-old Fairfield man, was arrested for the possession of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, hypodermic needles, and maintaining a drug house.
Fairfield residents Stephen Watley, 44, and Edward Mays, 35, were arrested for the possession of drug paraphernalia and violating their parole.
Shera Allen, 46, and Angela Hicklen, 45, both of Fairfield, were arrested for the possession of drug paraphernalia.
All five suspects were booked into the Solano County Jail, according to police.
