Bay Area food banks are 100 tons of food fuller, thanks to local bloggers and Tyson Foods.

Tyson noticed postings from bloggers who were discussing the problem of hunger in the Bay Area.

Tyson pledged 100 pounds of food for every comment posted on the company's Web site about the issue.

That led to Tyson delivering 200,000 pounds of food to sixe Bay Area food banks.
