The Chauncey Bailey Project reports that Homicide Lieutenant Ersie Joyner and Deputy Chief Jeffrey Loman are now under investigation along with Detective Derwin Longmire.
The Bailey Project says Longmire did not pursue obvious leads that would have pointed to a conspiracy to kill the journalist by members of Your Black Muslim Bakery.
Now there are questions as to whether Joyner and Loman properly supervised Longmire's murder investigation.
None of the police officers involved have responded to the allegations in the report.
