Petaluma woman busted for meth

A 20-year-old Petaluma woman was arrested Sunday night for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to sell, Petaluma police said.

Shawna Davenport was arrested at about 8 p.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Sunrise Parkway, according to police.

Officers determined Davenport was under the influence of a controlled substance and arrested her. A search yielded a quarter-ounce of methamphetamine, as well as scales and packaging for sales purposes, police said.

Davenport was transported to the county jail and her bail was set at $10,000.
