Recipe: Apple Tart with Jack Daniels Ice Cream
- 1 Frozen Package Puff Pastry
- Sprays of PAM
- 4-6 Fuji Apples
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon Sugar (Add more to taste)
- Crust
Procedure:
Lay out a strip of puff pastry onto a greased pan. Pinch the edges to form a ridge "wall" all around the pastry. Line with sliced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 or until brown.
Procedure for Jack Daniels Ice Cream
Combine 1 half gallon vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup Jack Daniels and mix and refreeze overnight.
