The Federal Trade Commission is putting out a warning about new scams that claim to help you get some stimulus money from the government.

Websites and emails promise to get consumers a chunk of the $787 billion stimulus, for a small fee, or they ask for your social security number and/or bank information.

"They're running ads all over the Internet, both on live streaming sites, through search engines and social networks," said Eileen Harrington, from the Federal Trade Commission.

There's no way to know how many people have fallen for this scam, but you should delete emails and ignore websites offering stimulus cash.
