Besides sticking cheese up his nose, the video also shows Michael Selzer sneezing on pizza dough among other things. Selzer and a co-worker who narrated the video are facing felony charges of distributing prohibited foods. Both employees have been fired -- Domino's is also considering a lawsuit.
"It's so unethical, it's ridiculous. When you work with food, you have to take care of it to make sure people are healthy," said Heidi Morales, customer.
The 32-year-old Seltzer is free on $7,500 dollars' bail. He is due in court today, along with 31-year-old Kristy Hammonds.
Domino's says there is no evidence that any of the tampered food was actually served to customers.
