15-year-old boy fatally shot in Richmond

Officers responded to shots fired in the 2300 block of Aberdeen Way and found the boy outside, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his Torso.

He was taken to a hospital where he died.

Four young men were being held at the police station all night long being questioned about the shooting. The young men were released to their parents by Richmond police early Monday morning. Richmond police say the four men are not suspects in the case, police said they are only witnesses to the shooting. Police are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
