Prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence Lori Drew to three years in prison for violating MySpace terms of service.
Drew's daughter said she was arguing with 13-year-old Megan Meier. Prosecutors say Drew set up a phony profile for a boy and then pretended to break up with Megan.
Megan was already suffering from depression and hanged herself.
Drew's attorneys say they will appeal.
