Ross police officer Bob Besgrove has put off his retirement to help pay for the care of his 2-year-old grandson Aden.
Monday, Woodlands Market in Kentfield proclaimed it "Officer Bob Day." Owner Don Santa has pledged to donate 5 percent of the gross profits from Monday to a fund that helps with Aden's medical expenses.
Officer Bob is well known as the policeman who patrols Ross School. The Ross Police Department is accepting donations for Aden's expenses.
