Officers responded to a reported shooting in the 8200 block of Birch Street just before 1 a.m. Saturday, according to the Oakland Police Department. One person was reported shot and taken to a hospital in stable condition, police said.
No arrests were made, and further details were not immediately available pending an investigation.
