Unilever eliminating trans fats from butter

Unilever, which sells more soft spreads than any other company, is taking all trans fats from its products.

The brands include "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and "Shedd's Spread Country Crock".

Out are partially hydrogenated oils and in will be a mixture of palm oil and plant oil in its soft spreads.

Shoppers are more and more looking for that foods they buy to be free of artery- clogging trans fats that can lead to heart disease.
