The oil giant has turned over a video to Ecuadorian and U.S. officials it says reveals a $3 million bribery scheme involving the judge in the case.

Chevron is demanding the judge be disqualified.

The lawsuit centers around an oil waste dump the size of Rhode Island, which the group Amazon Watch says is making Ecuadorians sick.

The group claims chevron is liable, because it now owns Texaco, which developed the property.

They are demanding $16 billion.

Chevron says Texaco took care of its obligations years ago.
