Tina Dugard says Jaycee and her two daughters are with her mom in a secluded place, reconnecting.

She says Jaycee has enjoyed spending time with her little sister who was just a baby when she was kidnapped 18 years ago in South Lake Tahoe.

Tina Dugard was there for the family's reunion.

"Not only have we laughed and cried together, but we've spent time sitting quietly taking pleasure in each other's company," she said.

Phillip Garrido and his wife Nancy are accused in Jaycee's kidnapping and imprisonment. He has admitted to fathering Jaycee's two daughters.

Police found them living in squalor in a series of tents and sheds in the backyard of Garrido's home in Antioch.
