Police found the victim, 31-year-old Curtis Robinson, of Vallejo, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at about 9:40 p.m.
Robinson was flown to a regional trauma center where he was pronounced dead, Sgt. Kevin Bartlett said. His death marks the city's ninth homicide this year.
