A federal judge in Brooklyn, New York threw out a complaint by a lawyer who claimed he had a constitutional right to wear jeans and a baseball hat in a courtroom.
The judge ruled that his colleagues have the right to set reasonable limits on behavior in the courtroom, to enforce civility.
