Cody Isaacson and another boy jumped from China Wall, a cliff around 40 to 50 feet high, on Sunday afternoon, but Isaacson didn't surface. It's unclear if he struck the cliff face on the way down.
Rescue teams were called shortly after 5 p.m., and it took nearly two hours for them to recover the boy's body.
Jumping into the water from China Wall is prohibited.
