Arriba Juntos provides job training and employment services for residents of San Francisco. The organization's mission is to promote the economic self-sufficiency for San Francisccans and their families through occupational training and employment opportunities. The organization prepares and places unemployed and underemployed individuals in high-wage, high demand positions.
She is a part of the State Advisory Committee of the American Red Cross (since 1994), and is a Director certified by the California Department of Approved Consumer Affairs. She also belongs to the Human Services Agency San Francisco CalWORKs grievance committee since 2003. Dalila is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California at Berkeley and has recently graduated from the prestigious Leadership San Francisco--an Executive Program in nonprofit leadership. Dalila holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Guadalajara, Mexico and an advanced degree in Business Administration from the Insituto Superior de Comercio in Guadalajara. Dalila has also taken part in trainings from the Center for Non-Profit Management Executive Director 101. She was born in Mexico.
