The supervisors have agreed to settle a lawsuit by the sewer company, South Bayside System Authority.
The suit said the system was damaged by inmates who flushed jumpsuits, boxer shorts, hair gel containers, and granola bar wrappers -- among other things.
The board is set to take a final vote on the deal Thursday morning.
