The three juveniles are suspected gang members and were arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
The arrests come after a Halloween night incident in which a 12-year-old boy was shot in the head and a 13-year-old boy was stabbed while they were trick-or-treating. The 12-year-old remains in critical condition.
