Vallejo police say the carjacking suspect, 27-year-old Jacob Bryant, saw the Amber Alert freeway signs and dropped the children off at his sister's house.
Jacobs was taken into custoy by the Antioch Police Department around 5:30 a.m. He was booked into Solano CountyJail for carjacking and three counts of kidnapping. He also faces additional charges in Contra Costa County for false impersonation and traffic-related charges.
