Organizers are looking for a new site to hold the concert and festival portion of the event, scheduled for May 22.
Piers 30 and 32, where the show has been staged for years, are no longer structurally strong enough to support the trucks and vans that bring in the supplies and equipment.
Organizers are looking at a couple of other sites along the waterfront.
