The Marin County coroner now says a teenage girl who fell off a cliff in the headlands last month was legally drunk.

Tests show Alicia Lee had a blood alcohol level of .13 when she died. In California, the legal limit is .08.

Lee was camping with friends at the Golden Gate National Recreation Area when they reported her missing.

Her body was later found in a cove near Muir Beach.

Sheriff's deputies say she accidentally fell off the cliff.
