In San Francisco today, the Board of Supervisors will debate whether Muni's proposed service cuts are legal.

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, which manages Muni, recently approved a 10 percent service reduction as a cost-saving measure.

Those reductions are set to take effect May 1.
