It happened Thursday morning and the video was posted on YouTube.
The sea lion pup somehow got up the stairs to the top of the two story building.
It was caught and sent to a Marine Mammal Center, where staff named it Fiddler, from the musical, "Fiddler on the Roof."
They say sea lions are mobile and have been found everywhere from a restaurant kitchen to a public restroom.
