The company has agreed to pay a $50,000 fine following charges it knowingly imported and sold Robbie Ducky children's products with higher than allowed levels of lead paint.
This was one of dozens of highly publicized recalls which lead Congress in 2009 to reduce the amount of lead in toys from 600 parts per million to 90 parts per million.
