On Tuesday, the department posted a database of homes cited under Santa Cruz's loud and unruly gathering ordinance.
There are 69 houses on the list so far and some are repeat offenders.
Police say the parties at these houses often draw more than 150 people.
They can get off the list if there are no problems for a year.
