The fire started at a home on the 3900 block of Angelo Avenue just before 7 a.m. It did not take crews long to put the fire out and discover hundreds of marijuana plants growing inside the home.
There is no word yet on what caused the fire or whether anyone has been arrested in connection with the discovery.
