Daniel Wozniak, who's due in court Tuesday morning, is charged with two counts of murder.
Wozniak had recently appeared in the leading role in the musical "Nine" at the Hunger Artists Theater Company in Fullerton. He had money problems, and police believe he killed his neighbor to drain his bank account.
Costa Mesa police say Wozniak attacked Samuel Herr at a military theater on May 21, leaving his torso there and scattering his head, hand and arm at a Long Beach park.
Investigators say he used Herr's phone to text Juri Kibuishi and invite her to Herr's apartment, where he shot and killed her.
