The third annual event in Golden Gate Park will take place for two days in August, down from three days last year.
The first festival drew 130,000 fans, but last year attendance dropped to 85,000.
Promoters believe lower prices will attract larger crowds. Single day cost $75 dollars per day, down from $90 a year ago and 2-day tickets cost $140.
