The shooting occurred at about 4:45 p.m. around 3rd Street and Market Avenue, spokesman Jimmy Lee said.
At least one deputy was on-scene when the shooting occurred, he said.
Lee could not specify the conditions of the victims or the details of the shooting at this time. The incident is under investigation.
