Study: Women can't do much about morning sickness

A new study says there's not much that can be done to help pregnant women with morning sickness.

About half of pregnant women experience morning sickness and vomiting in their first trimester.

Researchers say treatments such as acupuncture, Vitamin B6, and anti-vomiting drugs appeared to have only mild benefits.

The study concluded there are currently no treatments that are proven "safe and effective" to relieve the discomfort.
