PALO ALTO, CA

East Palo Alto resident Reducindo Sandoval, 47, was arrested on suspicion of exposing his genitals to a victim on Saturday, police said Monday. He was already on probation when he allegedly exposed himself to a victim at about 6:30 p.m. at Bol Park, located at 3590 Laguna Ave. Officers responding to reports of the incident flooded the area and found Sandoval nearby. He was positively identified and booked at the San Jose main jail, according to police. The incident was the third since last Tuesday, when a suspect exposed his genitals to a victim at about 7:35 a.m. in the 200 block of Stanford Avenue, police said. Two days later, a suspect exposed himself to a second victim at about 8:15 a.m. near Birch Street and Oxford Avenue -- about two blocks from the first incident. Then at about 9:15 a.m. Monday, a fourth incident occurred on a footpath near Terman Middle School, located at 655 Arastradero Road. The outstanding suspect was described as a Hispanic man between 20 and 20 years old, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighing 180 to 200 pounds. He has dark hair and was clean-shaven, police said. Police have released two sketches of last week's suspects. Community residents are advised to be aware of the indecent exposures, and anyone with information about the incidents is asked to call the Police Department at (650) 329-2413.
