Officers arrested 64-year-old Jayanthum Kapasi for sexual assault.
They say he was a substitute teacher at Franklin-McKinley Elementary School, but has also substituted at other schools in the San Jose Unified School District.
San Jose police are asking the public to contact them if they have information on this man or in this case.
