Rob Hensel put up a Christmas tree covered with solar powered lights on the vacant lot where his parents' home once stood.
Hensel's 73-year-old dad barely escaped the Sept. 9 explosion and fire. He drove away just as heat from the blaze melted his car's taillights.
The younger Hensel says the tree is helping keep the holiday spirit alive at the site.
