Storm surge causes Larkspur sewage spill

LARKSPUR, Calif.

That follows two spills last week in Kentfield and Greenbrae that sent nearly three million gallons of sewage into San Anselmo Creek.

The Ross Valley Sanitary District has filed a report with the emergency management agency, informing them of the latest spill and it states that the system overflowed for about two hours at a rate of about five gallons per minute.
