South Korea sends balloons to north about uprisings

South Korea sends balloons to North Koreans about uprisings in the Middle East.

First it was Facebook and Twitter stoking the flames of revolutions, now South Korea is hoping balloons will do the trick.

The South Korean military is using balloons to drop leaflets to send to the north that tell of the unrest in the Middle East. They are apparently hoping to spark an uprising against Pyongyang.

The leaflets explain that quote, "A dictatorial regime is destined to collapse."
