According to a recent study, more sleep helps with losing weight.

Columbia University researchers monitored the eating habits of 26 normal-weight men and women. They found sleep-deprived women eat an average of 329 more calories a day, compared to when they're well-rested.

Sleepy men eat 263 more calories per day and sleep deprived eaters tend to go for fatty foods with ice cream as the top choice.
