The crash was reported at 9:18 a.m. off of Tiburon Boulevard, near Gilmartin Drive, said Laurie Gordon, the Police Department's emergency services coordinator.
Initial reports indicated that the accident involved a 20-foot truck with three axles, Gordon said.
She said crews are at the scene removing the truck from the water.
"The driver is safe and sound," she said.
