Harris and 16 other attorneys general are asking Pabst Brewing Company to discontinue its Blast by Colt 45. They worry the drink's fruity taste, colorful packaging and use of rapper Snoop Dogg as its spokesperson will appeal to those under the legal drinking age.
Blast is 12 percent alcohol and experts say consuming one in less than two hours would qualify as binge drinking, a major public health problem in the U.S. San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera is also joining the effort.
